Overview

A Startup Idea, Delivered as a Working Marketplace

TreatBid is a healthcare startup with a simple but powerful idea: instead of patients chasing hospitals one by one, patients share their case once and hospitals come to them with treatment proposals. Aarvi Technology turned that idea into a complete digital platform with three connected experiences: one for patients, one for hospitals and a powerful admin panel that keeps the whole marketplace verified, monitored and profitable.

TreatBid connects patients who need treatment with hospitals that can provide it, through a structured digital process. Patients register, submit their case and receive proposals from hospitals. Hospitals subscribe to the platform to access patient cases and respond with proposals. Behind the scenes, the TreatBid team manages hospitals, patients, subscriptions, reports and platform activity from one central system.

From day one, the platform was designed to work across borders, with built-in support for multiple countries, cities, languages, currencies and time zones.

  • Patients submit a case once and receive proposals from verified hospitals.

  • Hospitals get a steady, structured way to reach patients and send proposals.

  • Every hospital is reviewed by admins before it can operate on the platform.

  • A subscription model with live revenue dashboards gives TreatBid a clear way to grow.

The challenge

Building Trust Across a Two-Sided Healthcare Marketplace

A platform that connects patients and hospitals has to work for three groups at once, and in healthcare, trust is everything. Without a dedicated system, every one of these needs would depend on scattered calls, emails and spreadsheets.

  • Patients

    • Share a case in one placeCase details are spread across calls, emails and messages.
    • Compare hospital proposalsOffers arrive one by one, with no single view of who offered what.
    • Report suspicious hospitals or offersThere is no simple way to flag a problem for review.

Why it was difficultCase details and hospital replies get lost across disconnected channels.

  • Hospitals

    • Find relevant patient casesA structured way to reach patients who need treatment was missing.
    • Send proposals and track responsesNothing showed which proposals were accepted or declined.
    • Manage plans, payments and expirySubscription details are hard to keep straight by hand.

Why it was difficultPlans, payments and expiry dates are hard to manage manually.

  • TreatBid administrators

    • Verify every hospital before it goes liveReviewing registrations by hand is slow and error-prone.
    • See revenue and activity across the platformWithout logs and dashboards there is no accountability.
    • Operate in many countriesEach market brings its own languages, currencies and time zones.

Why it was difficultEvery one of these jobs would otherwise run on calls, emails and spreadsheets.

TreatBid needed more than a website. It needed a complete marketplace platform with trust and transparency built into every step.

The solution

One Platform, Three Connected Experiences

Aarvi Technology built TreatBid as one central platform serving patients, hospitals and administrators, each with their own tools, all working from the same data.

Patients and hospitals both connect to one central TreatBid platform. Patients register, submit cases, review proposals and accept, decline or report. Hospitals register and get approved, send treatment proposals and manage their subscription. Underneath sits the admin panel, which approves hospitals, manages users, subscriptions, revenue, logs, reports and settings.casesproposalsoversightPatientsRegister and submit casesReview hospital proposalsAccept, decline or reportTreatBidone central platformHospitalsRegister and get approvedSend treatment proposalsManage their subscriptionAdmin panelApprove hospitals, manage usersSubscriptions, revenue, logs and reports

Trust and transparency

Accountability Built Into the Platform

Healthcare decisions depend on trust, so Aarvi made accountability part of the platform itself.

Four controls sit above the marketplace: hospital verification, where admins approve or decline every registration; scam reporting, where patients flag suspicious activity for review; activity logs covering login, case, proposal and download history; and access control through admin users and groups with set permissions. All four feed the platform on which patients and hospitals interact, so it stays monitored and accountable.Hospital verificationScam reportingActivity logsAccess controlAdmins approve or declineevery registrationPatients flag suspiciousactivity for reviewLogin, case, proposal andreport download historyAdmin users and groupswith set permissionsPatients and hospitals interact on a platform that is monitored and accountable

Hospital verification

No hospital operates on TreatBid without admin approval. Verification here means exactly that: the TreatBid team reviews each registration and approves or declines it before the hospital can go live.

Scam reporting

A dedicated Report as Scam section shows admins the patient, hospital, contact and case details for every report.

Access control

Admin users and groups are created with controlled access to platform features, so each person only reaches the areas they should.

Activity logs · every action is recorded
  • Login Trace

Records user type, email, IP address, login and logout times, status and device.

  • Case Log

Keeps a history of case creation, updates and closure.

  • Proposal Log

  • Report Download Log

Records which reports were downloaded, when and by whom.

Subscriptions and revenue

A Business Model Built into the Platform

TreatBid earns through hospital subscriptions, so Aarvi built a complete subscription and revenue system: plans are created in the admin panel, hospitals subscribe, every subscription is tracked and the result appears in the revenue dashboards.
