They approached us to provide a solution that would help them to manage all expenses happen in their business operation. They need a solution by which management can give money to head of individual department and keep track of all expenses done by top management and department head.

The existing process for tracking expenses and income relied heavily on manual methods, such as spreadsheets and paper-based records. This led to inefficiencies, errors and a lack of real-time visibility into financial data.
Department head faced difficulties in accessing and consolidating information related to expenses, income and project details. There was a need for a centralized system that provided quick access to relevant data.
