Rudray is a prominent real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property development. They approached us to provide a solution that would help them to manage all expenses happen in their business operation. They need a solution by which management can give money to head of individual department and keep track of all expenses done by top management and department head.
The existing process for tracking expenses and income relied heavily on manual methods, such as spreadsheets and paper-based records. This led to inefficiencies, errors and a lack of real-time visibility into financial data.
Department head faced difficulties in accessing and consolidating information related to expenses, income and project details. There was a need for a centralized system that provided quick access to relevant data.
The absence of a dedicated reporting system made it challenging to analyse expenses and income across projects, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
We conducted extensive meetings and workshops with them to understand their specific needs, workflows and desired functionalities for the application. This helped us define a comprehensive set of requirements.
We develop a mobile application with a user-friendly interface for all department heads of each project. The application included features such as expense tracking, income monitoring and reporting capabilities. Department head can record all financial transaction on application which is connected with main web-based application.
We develop a web-based application to be used by management. This helps them to define projects, departments, department head and enter key income and expense types. They can also see activities done by each department head and allocate funds to them.
